The Solaris Olympic Flat Bench Press Station is the flat barbell bench press done properly: a fixed flat bench with its own integrated bar rack, so nobody is wheeling a bench into the power rack or waiting on the squat stand. Unrack, press, re-rack - and the next lifter steps in.

Each upright carries two J-hook heights, so shorter and longer-armed lifters both get a clean unrack, and the 1090mm inside width takes a standard 7ft Olympic bar. Behind each upright sit two Olympic plate storage horns - four in total - keeping the loading plates at the station instead of on the floor.

Built from commercial-grade steel at 86kg with a powder-coated finish and a high-density foam pad, it's planted under heavy pressing and made for years of daily use.

Does it fit a standard Olympic barbell?
Yes - the inside width between the uprights is 1090mm, which suits a standard 7ft (2.2m) Olympic bar. Bar and plates are sold separately - see our Olympic barbells and Olympic weight plates.

How many rack heights are there?
Two J-hook positions on each upright. Rack the bar where you can unrack it with a slight bend in the elbows - the lower position suits shorter lifters and anyone who prefers a lower start.

Is the bench fixed or adjustable?

Where do the plates go?
Four Olympic (50mm) plate horns, two behind each upright, so the loading plates stay at the station and off the floor.

Does it need to be bolted down?
At 86kg it's stable free-standing for normal use. If your facility requires floor anchoring, ask us before ordering and we'll advise on the best approach for your site.

Can I customise the frame and upholstery?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
