Pull-ups and dips are the best bodyweight builders in the gym - and the hardest to start. The Legacy Assisted Chin + Dip Station fixes that with a pin-selected counterweight: kneel on the padded platform, pick an assist weight off the stack, and the machine offsets that much of your bodyweight. More weight selected means more help; work the pin down the stack and you're repping unassisted.

Up top, the multi-grip pull-up bar gives wide, close and neutral positions for the back and biceps. The ergonomic dip handles set the ideal pressing angle for triceps and chest. And when the knee platform folds away, the same station serves full bodyweight and weighted work for your strongest members - one footprint, every level.

Built on a 3mm commercial steel frame at 324kg - the heaviest machine in the Legacy line - with non-slip steps and an enclosed stack, it's made for constant commercial rotation.

How does the assistance work?
The stack is a counterweight: kneel on the platform, set the pin, and that much of your bodyweight is offset. A 90kg member selecting 40kg of assistance is effectively pulling 50kg. As you get stronger, you move the pin up - less help - until the platform folds away and you're repping bodyweight.

Who is it for - beginners only?
No. Beginners build toward their first strict rep, and advanced lifters use light assistance for high-volume sets, slow negatives and technique work past failure. With the platform folded it's a full chin and dip station.

What muscles do the two stations work?
Chin-ups and pull-ups hit the lats and biceps with the grip options shifting emphasis; dips load the chest, triceps and front delts.

What ceiling height do I need?
The frame stands 2210mm tall - allow about 2.4m of clearance, and measure before ordering for a home gym.

How is it different from a power tower?
A power tower like the Solaris Chin Up / Dip Station is bodyweight-only. This machine adds the pin-selected counterweight, which is what makes pull-ups and dips trainable for members who can't yet do them.

Can I customise the frame and upholstery?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks

Custom Design

Some of our ranges are fully colour customisable to suit your needs - 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours. Just get in touch when ordering to let us know which colour you require and we will do the rest.

Weight stack upgrades: stacks can be increased to 140kg at $10 per kilogram.
