I recently picked up the Morgan King Cobra Reflex Trainer, and I’m excited to add it to my training setup. Here’s why I chose it:

It has a 6-inch synthetic leather ball and a strong rebound spring for fast reflex training. The adjustable height (1.4m–1.9m) makes it versatile for different drills.
Training Goals

My Plan:
