Slide a drop pad under each end of the bar and 20cm of high-density foam swallows the impact — deadlifts, rack pulls and overhead drops land with a thud instead of a bang, and the vibration that travels through slabs and walls goes with it.

Will these actually keep the noise down in an apartment or garage gym?
That's the whole job. The 20cm of dense foam absorbs both the crack of the impact and the vibration that carries through concrete slabs — customers use them specifically to keep training in noise-sensitive spaces.

Why a pair?
One pad sits under each end of the barbell, so both plates land on foam at the same time. The 80cm length gives you a forgiving target even when a heavy pull drifts.

Can I drop from overhead?
Yes — they're built for overhead drops as well as deadlifts and rack pulls. The air outlets vent on impact, which softens the landing and protects the pads from blowing out.

Anything else they're good for?
