Standard EZ Curl Bar 1.2m Spinlock [25mm]

Standard EZ Curl Bar 1.2m Spinlock [25mm]

The Arm-Day Bar That's Easy on Your Wrists

The Fitness Hero Standard EZ Curl Bar puts your hands on angled grips instead of a straight shaft — the position that takes stress off your wrists while you build biceps, forearms and triceps. It's the bar arm work was designed around.

The precision steel bar is chrome-finished with a soft knurl for a firm, comfortable grip, and the threaded T-ends come with two spinlock collars (built-in locking washers) included — plates thread on tight and stay put through every set.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why an EZ bar instead of a straight bar for curls?
The angled grips let your wrists sit at a natural semi-supinated angle instead of forced flat — most lifters feel the difference immediately in the wrists and elbows, especially as the weight goes up.

Will my plates fit?
Yes, if they're standard plates — the 25mm sleeves take any plate with a standard centre hole. Olympic plates (50mm hole) need an Olympic EZ bar instead.

What exercises does it cover?
Bicep curls, reverse curls, lying and overhead tricep extensions, close-grip presses and upright rows — one compact bar for the whole arm session.
