The Solaris Smith Machine is the floor's safety net for heavy barbell work. The Olympic bar runs on guided rails with hook-and-catch stops at every height, so members can squat, press and lunge to their limit — alone — and rack the bar with a wrist flick at any point in the rep.

Because the path is fixed, the Smith doubles as a teaching tool and a finisher: beginners learn the big patterns safely, and advanced lifters push past the point a free bar would let them. Loading is standard Olympic plates straight onto the sleeves.

Built on a commercial-grade high-strength steel frame at 187kg and 2280mm tall, with smooth-running guide bearings, it's made for all-day commercial traffic.
