The Reload Ultimate CrossFit Jungle Rig is the flagship of the rig range: a 786kg freestanding jungle system that combines monkey bars, pull-up sections and squat bays across a 4.9 x 3.4 metre footprint, with two frame heights (3140mm and 4050mm) across the structure for climbing and overhead work.
It is built for high-performance floors - group workouts, strength circuits, suspension training, calisthenics and climbing drills all running at once. Fully modular and made to order: configure the layout to your space, choose your attachments (landmines, dip bars, rope anchors and more) and finish it in your colours, with logo laser-cut panels available for branding.

How many people can train on it at once?
It is a true multi-user structure - squat bays, pull-up sections and the monkey bar runs all work simultaneously, so a full class can train on and around it.
Can I change the layout?
Yes - the rig is fully modular. Length, station mix and attachments are configured per order, and the structure can be extended later. Contact us with your floor plan and we will spec it.
What ceiling height do I need?
The structure runs two heights - 3140mm and 4050mm sections - so allow clearance above the taller span. Send us your ceiling height and we will confirm fit.
Does it need to be bolted down?
Yes - the wide base footplates anchor to a solid concrete slab. Our Sydney install team handles assembly, squaring and anchoring.
Is there a smaller rig?
Yes - the 2-cell and 3-cell freestanding rigs and the wall-mounted rigs cover smaller floors.
Can I customise the colour and branding?
Yes - made-to-order builds come in 16 frame colours, and logo laser-cut panels put your branding in the steel. See the full colour chart below.
Do you offer delivery and installation?
Yes - Australia-wide delivery, with professional installation through our own technician team in Sydney - at 786kg this is a job for our install crew. Contact us to discuss freight, access and site requirements.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products
You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.
Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.
Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
Custom Design
Some of our ranges are fully colour customisable to suit your needs - 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours. Just get in touch when ordering to let us know which colour you require and we will do the rest.
Rig customisation: configuration and length, your mix of attachments, and logo laser-cut panels are all available on request.
