The HS-X Pearl Delt / Pec Fly is two of the most-used isolation stations in one machine. Face out and it's a pec fly - arms sweeping together for the chest squeeze pressing can't replicate. Face in and it's a rear delt fly - arms sweeping back for the muscles that balance every pressing program and pull posture upright.

The dual-position arms and adjustable seat switch between the two movements in seconds, and the 96kg pin stack serves both - one pin from warm-up to working weight. Guided arcs keep both flys strict: no momentum, no cheating, constant tension through the squeeze.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 228kg with polyurethane pads and premium PU leather, it's the chest-and-shoulders isolation station that earns its floor space twice over.

FAQs

How does one machine do both flys?
The arms swing to either side of the pivot and the seat adjusts to face either direction. Facing outward, you press the arms together for the pec fly. Facing the pad, you sweep them backward for the rear delt fly. The change takes seconds and both movements share the same stack.

Why train the rear delts?
They're the most undertrained muscle in most pressing-heavy programs - and the imbalance shows up as rounded shoulders and cranky pressing joints. Direct rear-delt work balances the shoulder, improves posture, and fills out the back of the arm line.

Pec fly vs chest press - do I need both?
They do different jobs. The press builds mass with delts and triceps helping; the fly isolates the chest through a stretch and squeeze the press can't reach. Complete chest programs run both.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Very - seated, guided and adjustable, with a pin stack that starts light. Both movements are among the easiest in the gym to learn.

Can I upgrade the weight stack?
Yes - on made-to-order builds the 96kg + 4.6kg stack can be increased to 117kg + 4.6kg or 138kg + 4.6kg at $10 per extra kilogram. Get in touch to spec it.

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
