The Reload Belt Squat Machine loads your legs without loading your spine. The weight hangs from a belt at your hips and swings through a smooth pendulum arc, so you squat heavy with zero bar compression on the back and shoulders - the machine lifters turn to when the legs can push more than the back wants to carry.

Two Olympic weight posts take serious plate loading, the wide platform gives every stance room, and the pendulum path keeps the resistance tracking naturally through the whole squat. It's equally at home as a main squat movement, a high-volume accessory, or the leg-day saver for members managing back or shoulder niggles.

Available in Matte Black (DZ53) or Red (DZ54) - both commercial-grade, both in the same heavy steel build.

Why belt squat instead of back squat?
The load hangs from your hips instead of sitting on your spine, so the legs work just as hard with none of the axial compression. Lifters use it to add leg volume without beating up the lower back, and to keep squatting through upper-body injuries.

What's the pendulum advantage?
The arm swings through a fixed arc, so the resistance curve stays smooth and natural from the bottom of the squat to lockout - no cable to re-rack, no sled friction.

What plates does it take?
Standard Olympic (50mm) plates across two loading posts. Plates are sold separately - add them to your order and we will freight everything together.

Is the belt included?
Yes - the squat belt is included, so it's ready to train on delivery.
