Neoprene or rubber hex — which should I choose?
Neoprene suits lighter aerobic, rehab and class work — softer feel, colour coded, kind to timber floors. For heavier strength training, our rubber hex dumbbells run from 1kg all the way to 50kg.

Will they mark my floors?
No — the neoprene coating is softer than bare iron or rubber and won't scuff timber, tiles or studio flooring in normal use. Wipe clean with a damp cloth after sweaty sessions.
