    Morgan Tornado Ball Harness

    The Morgan medicine ball harness turns a regular medicine ball into a stylish, versatile, dynamic and effective workout tool. It is an innovative piece of modern training equipment and can be used for functional resistance training or anaerobic conditioning.

    It is simple to use, just place the ball inside the harness then tighten the drawstrings. You can start swinging and slamming the tornado ball for a series of exercises that will improve rotational strength and flexibility.
