The Morgan Tactical Body Weight Vest adds up to 10kg of constant load that sits on your body rather than in your hands. That makes it a simple way to progress rope climbs, chin-ups, muscle-ups, push-ups and other gymnastic movements, and to add resistance to kettlebell, metabolic and conditioning work.
Training under load builds strength endurance and your ability to produce power when you're fatigued. The weight is held in removable 1kg increments, so you can start lighter and build up, and the durable ripstop nylon shell is washable. It's one size and fits most people, and a spare buckle is included.

Can I adjust the weight?
Yes. The load is held in removable 1kg increments, so you can train anywhere up to 10kg.
Will it fit me?
It's a one-size vest that Morgan says fits most people. Adjust the straps so it sits snugly and doesn't bounce.
Should I choose 10kg or 15kg?
Both adjust in 1kg steps. Choose the 15kg vest if you want more room to progress, or the 10kg vest if you mainly want lighter loads for higher-rep or conditioning work.
Can I wash it?
Yes, the vest is washable. Remove the weights first and let it dry fully before reloading.
