Morgan Speed & Agility Ladder | Round Adjustable Rings

Morgan Speed & Agility Ladder | Round Adjustable Rings

4m Agility Ladder for Footwork Drills on Grass

The Morgan Speed & Agility Ladder with round adjustable rings is designed for speed and agility drills. Working through the rungs trains you to move quickly in and out of tight spaces and to take more, faster steps over the 4m length, which carries over to change of direction in field and court sports.

The round rings are made for grassed surfaces, and extendable Velcro tabs at the ends let you adjust and connect the ladder for your drill. Please note this ladder is not designed for hard, flat surfaces: the rings can slip and cause an ankle injury, so use it on grass.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use it indoors or on concrete?
No. Morgan designs the round-ring ladder for grass. On hard, flat surfaces the rings can slip and cause an ankle injury.

How long is it?
The ladder is 4m long, with extendable Velcro tabs at the ends.

What drills can I do?
Classic ladder drills include one-in, two-in, lateral shuffles, in-and-outs and hopscotch patterns. Start slow to learn the pattern, then build speed.

Can I combine it with hurdles?
Yes. Many coaches run a ladder into a row of agility hurdles to link quick feet with knee drive.
