The Morgan Elastic Cotton Shin & Instep Protectors are a light, slip-on guard for sparring and drills in taekwondo, karate, kickboxing and other martial arts. They cover the shin and the top of the foot without straps, so they're quick to pull on between rounds.
Thick high-rebound foam sits inside a 100% elasticated cotton sleeve that hugs the leg like a sock. It takes the sting out of shin-on-shin and foot contact while keeping the guard low-profile, which makes it a good first set for beginners, juniors and club training.

How do I choose a size?
Use the size guide below. If you're between sizes, the smaller size usually gives a firmer fit that won't slide down during kicks.
Are these suitable for full-contact sparring?
They're designed for light to medium contact. For hard Muay Thai or kickboxing sparring, a strapped guard with thicker padding such as the Morgan V2 Classic Shin & Instep Protectors gives more protection.
Can I wash them?
Yes. The cotton cover can be hand washed in cool water. Let them air dry fully before the next session.
Do they cover the foot?
