The Morgan Boxing & MMA Weighted Gloves add resistance to shadow boxing and endurance work to build shoulder and arm stamina, hand speed and punching endurance. Choose a 1kg pair (0.5kg per hand) or a 3kg pair (1.5kg per hand).

The weight is spread across the knuckles, lower forearm and back of the hand, so the gloves feel balanced and don't pull your hands out of position. They're made from neoprene with individual finger slots and a hook-and-loop wrist closure for a secure fit. They're designed for shadow boxing and conditioning, not for hitting bags or pads.
