The Knuckle Guard & Hand Wraps combine a 3-metre hand wrap with built-in knuckle padding, so you get wrist support and extra cushioning over the knuckles in one piece. They suit boxing, MMA, kickboxing and general combat training.

The stretch woven fabric wraps snugly around the wrist and hand, and the padded section sits over the knuckles to take the sting out of bag and pad work. A hook-and-loop closure locks the wrap off at the wrist. At 3m they're quicker to put on than a full-length wrap, which makes them a good fit for beginners and class training.

How is this different from a normal hand wrap?
A normal wrap relies on layers of fabric over the knuckles. This one has padding built into the wrap, so you get extra knuckle cushioning without having to add layers.

Is 3m long enough?
3m covers the wrist and knuckles for most adults and is quicker to apply. If you want more layers for heavy sparring, look at a 4m wrap such as the Morgan Boxing Cotton Hand Wraps.

Can I wear them under gloves?
Yes. They're designed to go under boxing or MMA gloves. If your gloves are a tight fit, check there's room for the extra knuckle padding.

How do I wash them?
