Incline Level Row Plate Loaded Machine - Nova Series

Incline Level Row Plate-Loaded Machine — Nova Series

Incline Chest-Supported Row | Independent Arms | 137kg Build | Model TA30

MADE TO ORDER — Lead Time 8-12 Weeks | Custom Frame & Upholstery Colours Available

The Nova TA30 hits the lats and mid-back from a better angle — a hybrid incline pulling motion that loads the middle back, traps and rhomboids from a biomechanically superior chest-supported position. Row hard against the pad instead of bracing your spine, and the mid-back does all the work.

Independent plate-loaded arms support bilateral power sets or one side at a time for imbalance correction, with dual-grip handles covering wide and neutral pulls. At 137kg of welded, powder-coated steel, it combines industrial strength with the Nova range's futuristic lines.

Frequently Asked Questions

What muscles does the incline row work?
Primarily the middle back — rhomboids, lats and lower traps — with the rear delts, biceps and erectors assisting.

How does the incline position help?
The chest support takes the lower back out of the equation — you row hard against the pad instead of bracing your spine, so the mid-back does the work and fatigue doesn't compromise form.

Can I train one arm at a time?
Yes — the arms load and move independently, so unilateral work for imbalance correction is built in.

What plates does it take?
Standard Olympic plates — sold separately. Add them to your order and we will freight everything together.

What is the production lead time?
Around 14 days in production plus 4–6 weeks shipping — estimate 8–12 weeks start to finish. Contact us for current lead times.

Do you deliver and install?
Yes — we ship Australia-wide, and our own technician team handles professional delivery and installation in Sydney. Contact us for a quote.
