The Fitness Hero 3-Fold Exercise Mat is the do-everything floor mat that packs itself away. Unfolded it's a generous 1.83m x 61cm of stabilised 4cm cushioning - firm enough to stand on, soft enough for your back - and when you're done it folds into thirds with carrying handles, sliding under a bed, into a car boot or against a studio wall.

The closed-cell foam with PU outer won't absorb water or sweat - wipe it clean between users, take it outdoors, and it stays hygienic where open-foam mats grow funky. Made for floor work, stretching, yoga, aerobics and PT sessions, at home or on the go.
