Eva Foam XL | Gym Flooring Puzzle Mats [1m x 1m x 1cm]

Morgan Interlocking EVA Stall Mats | 1m x 1m x 10mm | 110kg/m³ High-Density Foam

These XL interlocking EVA foam puzzle mats (Morgan Interlocking EVA Stall Mats) cover a full square metre per tile, so you can floor a home gym, garage or workout room quickly with fewer joins. Each tile is 1m x 1m x 10mm, made in Taiwan from high-density 45-degree Shore A EVA foam at 110kg/m³, and contains no toxic phthalates. Morgan states the foam conforms to US CPSIA, ASTM and EU EN71-1-2-3 standards.

The non-skid textured surface gives a stable, cushioned base for floor exercise, and the tiles protect the floor underneath, reduce equipment noise and dampen vibration under exercise machines. They are waterproof and wipe clean with a damp cloth or mild soap. The puzzle edges lock together tightly and come apart just as easily for storage, and tiles can be cut to fit your space. The listed price is per single tile with edging.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many tiles do I need?
Each tile covers 1 square metre. Measure the length and width of your area in metres, multiply them, and round up. Add a little extra if you need to cut tiles around walls, posts or doorways.

Can I drop weights on it?
At 10mm, EVA foam is made for cushioning and floor protection in home gyms and workout rooms, not for dropped barbells or heavy dumbbells. For lifting areas, use rubber flooring from our Commercial Gym Flooring range.

How do I clean it?
The tiles are waterproof. Wipe them with a damp cloth or mild soap and water.
