A wide bite channel gives your jaw a stable platform to clench on, and the shape is designed to let you breathe and talk between plays. It's an adult size and comes in six two-tone colourways.

How do I get a good fit?
Follow the fitting instructions in the pack. The guard should sit firmly over your top teeth without you holding it in place, and shouldn't make you gag. If it moves around when you open your mouth, refit it as the instructions describe.

Is there a junior size?
No, the CushionFit is an adult size only. For younger athletes, see the Junior size of the Basic Fit Sports Mouthguard.

How do I look after it?
Rinse it in cool water after every session, let it air-dry and store it in a ventilated case. Keep it out of hot water, direct sun and hot cars, which can distort the fit.

Can I use it with braces?
If you wear braces or have other dental work, check with your dentist or orthodontist before fitting any off-the-shelf mouthguard.
