Bicep Curl Plate Loaded Machine - Nova Series

Bicep Curl Plate-Loaded Machine — Nova Series

Preacher Curl Isolation | Independent Arms | 150kg Build | Model TA65

Arms grow on strict reps — and the Nova TA65 makes cheating impossible. The preacher position pins the upper arms against the pad so momentum is out of the lift entirely, while the plate-loaded arms deliver smooth resistance through the full curl, from stretch to peak contraction.

Angled ergonomic grips keep the wrists comfortable, the seat adjusts so any user lands perfect pad alignment, and the independent arms let you curl both sides together or one at a time. At 150kg of commercial powder-coated steel, it's a compact station built for all-day use.

Frequently Asked Questions

What muscles does it work?
Primarily the biceps brachii, with the brachialis and forearms assisting — the preacher pad keeps everything else out of the lift.

Why a preacher machine over dumbbell curls?
The pad removes momentum and the fixed arc keeps tension on the biceps through the whole range — strict hypertrophy work you can load progressively without form breaking down.

What plates does it take?
Standard Olympic plates. Bumpers, rubber-coated and iron all load straight onto the arms.

Can I choose my own colours?
Yes — made-to-order units come in your choice of 16 frame and 12 upholstery colours, with logo branding available. See the chart above.
