The Solaris Front Lat Pulldown is the strict-form width builder: a plate-loaded front pull with a chest support pad that locks the torso in place, so every rep is driven by the lats, rhomboids and traps - not momentum, not lower back, not body English.

The front-pull angle keeps tension on the lats through the full range while staying friendly to the shoulders, and the Olympic plate-loaded system scales as far as your strongest lifters can pull. Precision bearings keep the movement smooth and consistent under maximum load.

Built on a commercial-grade reinforced steel frame at 155kg with adjustable high-density padding and ergonomic non-slip grips, it's engineered for high-traffic commercial floors and serious home gyms.

What's the difference between this and a standard cable pulldown?
The chest support. A standard pulldown lets the torso sway, which bleeds tension away from the lats; the front-supported position locks you in so the lats do all the work - and the plate-loaded resistance means there's no cable stack to outgrow.

What muscles does it work?
Primarily the lats, with the rhomboids and traps working through the squeeze and the biceps assisting the pull.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes - the chest support and fixed path make strict form the default, which is exactly what beginners need and what advanced lifters use it for.

What plates does it take?
Standard Olympic (50mm) plates - the same plates as the rest of your floor. Plates are sold separately; add them to your order and we will freight everything together.

What pairs well with it for back day?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
