The Solaris Chin Up / Dip Station covers the three bodyweight movements every strength floor needs on one compact frame. Up top, a multi-grip pull-up bar gives wide, close and neutral grips for the back and biceps. Below it, dip bars take the chest, shoulders and triceps. And the padded back and arm supports turn the same station into a vertical knee raise for the abs and hip flexors.

Bodyweight training scales both ways: beginners work up to their first unassisted rep, and strong lifters strap on a dip belt and keep loading. That's why a solid power tower earns its floor space in commercial gyms, calisthenics areas and PT studios alike - it never sits idle.

Built from commercial-grade steel at 100kg with a powder-coated finish, it's planted under weighted dips and kipping pull-ups, and made for years of daily use.

FAQs

What exercises can I do on it?
Chin-ups, pull-ups (wide, close and neutral grip), dips, vertical knee raises, leg raises and hanging core holds. With a dip belt, weighted pull-ups and dips too.

What's the ceiling height requirement?
The frame stands 2350mm tall. Allow clearance above the bar for the head at the top of a pull-up - a 2.7m ceiling is comfortable, and it's worth measuring before ordering for a home garage.

I can't do a pull-up yet - is it still useful?
Yes. Start with negatives (jump up, lower slowly) and band-assisted reps on this station. If you want machine assistance with a counterweight, see the Legacy Assisted Chin & Dip.

Does it need to be bolted down?
At 100kg it's stable for normal use. For commercial floors with heavy kipping or weighted work we recommend anchoring it - our install team can handle that.

Can I do weighted dips and pull-ups?
Yes - the commercial steel frame is built for dip belts and weighted vests.

Can I customise the frame and upholstery?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
