The HS-X Shoulder / Chest Press puts both upper-body pressing staples on one footprint: a seated chest press for horizontal pushing and a shoulder press for vertical - reconfigured in seconds, sharing one 96kg pin-loaded stack. Two of the busiest stations on any gym floor, one machine's worth of rent.

The pin stack makes it fast and safe: pull the pin, set the load, press - no plates to strip, no spotter needed, and the guided path keeps heavy pressing honest for beginners through advanced lifters. Members can superset both movements without leaving the seat.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 270kg with polyurethane pads and premium PU leather, it's the compact commercial press station.

How does one machine do both presses?
The station reconfigures between a horizontal chest-press path and a vertical shoulder-press path in seconds. Same seat, same stack, opposite pressing angle - so one member can superset both, or two can rotate through.

What muscles does it work?
Chest press position: pecs, front delts and triceps. Shoulder press position: front and side delts with triceps. Between the two it covers the complete upper-body pressing pattern.

Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes - the pin-loaded stack and guided path make it one of the safest ways to press heavy without a spotter, while still loading enough for advanced lifters.

Can I upgrade the weight stack?
Yes - on made-to-order builds the 96kg + 4.6kg stack can be increased to 117kg + 4.6kg or 138kg + 4.6kg at $10 per extra kilogram. Get in touch to spec it.

Can I customise the frame and upholstery?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
