The HS-X Lat Pulldown + Low Row covers both halves of back training from a single 96kg stack: a vertical pull - the lat pulldown, for width - and a horizontal pull - the seated low row, for thickness. Two stations' worth of back work standing on one machine's floor space.

Both positions come ready to use - lat pulldown bar, row handle and footplate are all part of the station - so there's no dragging attachments across the gym or re-rigging cables between exercises. Sit down at either end, pin the stack, and pull.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel in matte black powder coat, with polyurethane pads, premium PU leather and reinforced stitching, it's made for the pace and volume of a commercial back-day rotation.

Why combine a lat pulldown with a low row?
Because a complete back needs both pulling angles: vertical pulls (pulldowns) build width through the lats, horizontal pulls (rows) build thickness through the mid-back and rhomboids. This station covers the pairing from one stack - the two movements most back programs are built on.

Do I need to change attachments between exercises?
No - that's the design. The pulldown bar, row handle and footplate are all fitted to the station, so switching exercises means changing seats, not re-rigging cables.

What muscles does it work?
The lats lead on the pulldown; rhomboids, mid-traps and rear delts lead on the row; biceps and forearms assist on both. Between the two positions it's a full back-and-pull session.

Can I upgrade the weight stack?
Yes - on made-to-order builds the 96kg + 4.6kg stack can be increased to 117kg + 4.6kg or 138kg + 4.6kg at $10 per extra kilogram. Get in touch to spec it.

Can I customise the frame and upholstery?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
