    Adjustable weighted vest

This vest with the weight plates are the best for progressively overloading
I have been using the vest now for over 1 month, will add more plates soon as I bought additional weight plates.
Great for adding weight to dumbell lunges, dumbell squats, pull ups, chin ups, push ups, sit ups and planks.
    I love this vest
