The Synergy Series Super Squat Machine loads the squat pattern without loading the setup: step in, set your shoulders under the angled support pads, grip and drive. The guided arc keeps the torso upright and the knees tracking, so members squat heavy with far less technique demand - and far less spinal load - than a barbell on the back.

Dual handle positions flip the station between front-facing and rear-facing squats, shifting emphasis between quads and glutes, with calf raises off the platform as a bonus. It's plate-loaded on 50mm Olympic sleeves, so progression runs as deep as your plate rack.

Built from 196kg of commercial steel with high-density shoulder and back pads, it's the squat station every member can use on day one - and still be progressing on years later.

What is a super squat (V-squat) machine?
A guided squat station: shoulders under the pads, feet on the angled platform, and the load travels a fixed arc. You get heavy squat stimulus with an upright torso and far less balance and technique demand than a barbell back squat.

What's the difference between front-facing and rear-facing?
Facing the machine biases the glutes and keeps the torso most upright; facing away runs closer to a classic squat with more quad emphasis. The dual handle positions support both - two squat variations from one footprint.

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
