The Synergy Series Hack Squat is the squat pattern with the guesswork removed: back and shoulders locked against high-density support pads, feet on an oversized footplate, and the load riding an angled linear track that keeps every rep in the same groove. All drive, no balancing act - which is why hack squats build quads so relentlessly.

It's plate-loaded on 50mm Olympic sleeves, so loading scales as far as your plate rack does, and sled lockouts with safety stops let members train close to failure without a spotter. Foot placement moves the emphasis - low and narrow for quads, high and wide to bring in glutes and hamstrings.

Hack squat or leg press - what's the difference?
Both press through a guided sled, but the hack squat stands you up against the pads, keeping the squat pattern - more quad emphasis and more carryover to free-weight squatting. Is it beginner-friendly?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
