What muscles does the 45 degree leg press target?
Primarily the quads, glutes and hamstrings, with calves depending on foot placement — feet high biases glutes and hamstrings, feet low hits quads harder.

Is this machine plate loaded?
Yes. It takes Olympic-sized weight plates for fully adjustable, progressive resistance. Plates are sold separately — add them to your order and we will freight everything together.

Can the backrest be adjusted?
Yes. The back support and head support adjust for proper alignment and user comfort.

Can I customise the frame and upholstery?
Yes — made-to-order builds are available in your choice of frame and upholstery colours on an 8-12 week lead time. See the full colour chart below.

Made To Order

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
