1. Prepare the area: lay the mats on a clean, dry, flat floor - concrete, timber and tiles are ideal
2. Connect the tiles: start in a corner and press the puzzle edges together firmly, working outwards row by row
3. Cut to fit: trim tiles with a sharp utility knife and straight edge to fit around walls and obstacles
4. Expand as needed: lock on extra sets to grow your workout area
5. Care: wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoid solvents and harsh cleaners, and don't leave heavy equipment standing on the foam long-term
