When will my order ship?

Can I try one before I buy?
Yes — come and use it at our Bankstown Megastore before you commit.

What exercises can I perform with this GHD?
Glute ham raises, GHD sit-ups, back extensions, hip extensions and Russian twists — the full posterior chain toolkit in one frame.

Does it have wheels?
No — it has a transport handle for repositioning within your space rather than wheels. At approximately 70kg it's a two-person lift.

Is the unit fully adjustable?
Yes — both the ankle pads and footplate length adjust to suit a variety of user heights and leg lengths.

Is this GHD suitable for home gyms?
Absolutely — especially for serious lifters after commercial-level quality. Check the 162 x 92cm footprint against your space first.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
