This is the bag the Onyx aqua range is built on: the classic 18" / 54L teardrop in black. Water absorbs and disperses impact instead of bouncing it back into your hands - so it hits like a body, protects your wrists, elbows and shoulders, and lets you train longer at higher intensity than a sand-filled bag allows.

The teardrop shape takes the lot: jabs, hooks, uppercuts, body shots, knees and close-range combinations - ideal for boxing, Muay Thai, MMA and fitness rounds, from beginners to seasoned fighters.
