The HS-X Seated Leg Press is the leg press everyone on the floor can actually use. Where 45-degree presses demand plate loading and a climb into the sled, this seated station has a walk-in position with an integrated assistance handle for easy entry and exit, a gas-shock seat adjustment that sets the start position in seconds, and a 124kg pin stack that changes resistance with one pin - no plates, no spotters, no barriers.

The oversized foot platform earns the station double duty: full-foot placement for leg pressing through the quads, glutes and hamstrings, then drop the heels off the edge and it becomes a seated calf press. High foot position biases the glutes and hamstrings; low biases the quads - one machine, a whole lower-body menu.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 334kg with thick polyurethane pads and premium PU leather, it's the accessible, upright leg press commercial floors are built around.

Seated leg press vs 45-degree leg press - which is right for my gym?
The seated press wins on accessibility: walk-in entry, upright back support, and pin-selected weight mean anyone can use it safely without loading plates. A 45-degree sled allows heavier absolute loads for advanced lifters. Most commercial floors run the seated press as the everyday station and add a sled for the strength crowd.

Can it train calves?
Yes - the oversized platform is the point. Press to full extension, drop your heels off the lower edge, and press through the balls of your feet for a loaded seated calf press. The Calf Press function is built into the same seat.

How do foot positions change the exercise?
Feet high on the platform shifts work toward the glutes and hamstrings; feet low biases the quads; wide or narrow stances shift inner and outer thigh emphasis. One platform covers the whole menu.

Is it beginner-friendly?
It's arguably the most beginner-friendly leg station made - guided path, back support, assistance handle for entry, and one pin to set the load.

Can I upgrade the weight stack?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
