I recently picked up the Morgan King Cobra Reflex Trainer, and I’m excited to add it to my training setup. Here’s why I chose it:
Design & Features
It has a 6-inch synthetic leather ball and a strong rebound spring for fast reflex training. The adjustable height (1.4m–1.9m) makes it versatile for different drills.
Training Goals
I wanted something to improve my timing, accuracy, and defensive skills without needing a partner. This trainer is perfect for solo workouts.
Setup & Stability
The base can be filled with water or sand, and suction cups keep it steady—ideal for home use.
My Plan:
