Used them on RDL's, Pull ups while dealing with a flare up in my forearm so yeah great product. You don't really grab the bar quite like with a simpler grip so if you want some grip then these aren't for you, but if you want to move more weight for strength/hypertrophy then yeah these will give you a new 1/3/5rpm. Can use overhand or underhand. Can see an ideal world where you'd have these and a simpler pair of straps in your bag but that's where you've got to decide if your priority is functional (straps) or big lifts (these are awesome).
Have no complaints, have started sparring with this mouthguard and safe to say i still have all my teeth 😅
