      Perfect for seniors at home use

      My husband is 75 and I am 68 and we both use the agility ladder. It is great for taking a few steps between commercial breaks while watching TV. Additionally, as it is set up in our hallway we use it during the day from time to time and at least once before we go to bed. We are eve starting to get a bit competitive!
      We love it and look forward to various exercised online.
      It is non slip and very safe - start slow and build up agility, confidence and even some brain power.
