With 9 back adjustments and 6 seat adjustments, this bench offers unparalleled versatility in the market. The back pad can be set from 0 to 85 degrees, while the seat can accommodate angles up to -15 degrees.

A separate wedge is included to address any potential discomfort during flat bench presses, but dedicated flat benches may provide a more comfortable option for frequent use.

Telescoping Design – The Adjustable Bench uses a telescoping spine, which isn’t as fast as a ladder-style, but which is very secure and looks nice.

Adjustments – The bench offers 9 back adjustments and 6 seat adjustments, making it one of the most adjustable benches on the market. The back pad ranges from 0 degrees to 85 degrees, and the seat can adjust to accommodate a -15 degree angle.

Pad/Seat Gap – This bench includes a sizeable seat gap that, by itself, would pose issues for many users in the flat bench position. Fitness Hero does include a separate wedge to place inside of this gap to help when performing a flat bench press. I question its overall comfort still, but it’s a solution worth noting. Still, if you perform a lot of flat bench press, a dedicated flat bench might be a smart decision.

Leg Attachment – This bench comes with an attachable leg mount for decline movements that slides into the back spine and locks in place with a pop-pin. A nice benefit of this attachment compared to others is that it includes a handle to assist in getting positioned.

Weight Limit – With a weight rating of 600lbs on the Adjustable Bench, which is quite a bit lower than other benches at 1,000lbs+.

Includes Wheels & Handle – This bench does include a handle and wheels for easy transport around the gym.

Front Foot – The front foot on this bench is slightly wider than some that use a single post. While it’s still not very wide, it may interfere with foot placement in certain positions.

No Upright Storage – The Adjustable Bench doesn’t offer a vertical storage option.
