    The Morgan Figure 8 straps are designed to help you lift more. Using a 100% reinforced cotton fabric with additional neoprene wrist inserts allows you to grip the bar with your hands and transfer weight from your hands into your arms as the primary weight bearer. With the figure 8 strap, you place your hand through one of the loops, place the strap next to the bar, then place your hand through the other loop.

    This allows you to naturally grip the bar while transferring the load-bearing away from your hands and into your arms.

      GREAT HELP

      I have been suffering with osteoarthritis in both my wrists and struggling to lift. My PT suggested trying 8 Lifting Straps, so I purchased a pair. They are absolutely great. Considering I have very small wrists and hands the size is perfect for me and it really does help take the strain away from my wrists so I can still weight train. Totally suggest trying Fitness Hero for all your training accessories.
