How the Curved Treadmill Works
The Reload Curve Treadmill uses a self-propelled, concave running deck with a series of precision ball bearings that allow the belt to move smoothly under your own power. When you step forward on the curve, your foot strikes the higher portion of the deck and naturally propels the belt backward.
This design eliminates the need for a motor while providing instant speed control — the faster you move, the faster the belt rotates. This allows for immediate transitions between walking, jogging, sprinting, and recovery.
