A 45° incline keeps the body stable under load while reducing strain on the spine and knees, and the smooth-glide carriage delivers steady, controlled resistance through the full squat.

The multi-angle footplate and adjustable backrest let every user find their best position — set the backrest for more hip flexion and deeper squats with stronger glute activation, or adjust the stance to bias the quads. Contoured shoulder pads ease pressure on the neck and upper back, a low safety stop system sets the range of motion, and adjustable resistance bands add smooth extra tension. A seamless 3mm steel frame with scratch-resistant powder coat is built for heavy-duty gym use.

Sold, delivered and installed by Fitness Hero — our Sydney technicians assemble and service QLI equipment, and commercial projects get a free 2D/3D floor plan with every quote.

Key Features

45° incline — a stable squat path that reduces spine and knee strain

Multi-angle footplate — seamless stance changes for every user

Adjustable backrest — more hip flexion for deeper squats and glute activation

Smooth-glide carriage — controlled movement with steady resistance

Low safety stop system — set the range of motion to suit each lifter

Contoured shoulder pads — less pressure on the neck and upper back

Adjustable resistance bands — smooth extra tension with lower joint load

3mm steel frame — seamless construction for heavy-duty use

Technical Specifications

Model

QAHS100

Brand

QLI Fitness Equipment

Type

Plate-loaded adjustable hack squat

Resistance

Plate loaded (Olympic plates)

Incline

45°

Footplate

Multi-angle, adjustable

Backrest

Adjustable

Safety

Low safety stop system

Extra Resistance

Adjustable resistance bands

Shoulder Pads

Contoured, padded

Weight Capacity

350kg

Frame

3mm steel, scratch-resistant powder coat — black frame, red carriage (as pictured)

Dimensions (L × W × H)

2555mm × 1510mm × 1436mm

Net Weight

216kg

Warranty

FRAME: 10 YEARS

COMPONENTS (ROLLERS, BEARINGS, CABLES, UPHOLSTERY & RUBBER): 12 MONTHS

QLI manufacturer's warranty from the date of invoice, covering replacement of parts confirmed as defective.
